I’m Airika , and I reached a point where I was done settling for a life that drained me.

I’m 25, a pharmacy technician, a soon-to-be wife, and for years I worked myself to the edge, hoping it would eventually pay off. Five years in pharmacy and another in immunotherapy taught me one thing:
being exhausted isn’t the same as living.

I was overwhelmed, stretched thin, and constantly running on fumes… showing up for everyone except myself.

I followed the “traditional dream” I was raised on, get a job, work hard, hope someday you’ll feel secure and happy.

But someday never came.

So I made a decision to take a different path... one that no one around me was taking, but one I knew I needed.

Fast forward, and I feel more alive than I have in years. I have my time back, my freedom back, and I finally get to show up for my family, my friends, and most importantly… me.

Here’s what I learned:
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
